In her scientific work, she focuses on the topics of social policy, social transfers and their targeting, public finances and, last but not least, on topics related to the labor market. These topics were synergistically combined in a dissertation on the use of microsimulation modeling in the Czech Republic. State budget constraints force public policy makers within the responsible fiscal government to evaluate the public policy instruments used in terms of their economy, efficiency and effectiveness. One of the powerful tools that can give creators the basis is microsimulation modeling.
In addition to analytical reports for the purposes of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic, she is also the author of several professional articles in journals and conference papers indexed in Web of Sceience.
