Lenka Dimitrou Janíčková works at the Department of Economics and Economic Policy at the PRIGO University. She graduated in National Economy (Ing.) and Economics (Ph.D.) at the VŠB-Technical University Ostrava, Faculty of Economics. In her research, she focuses on tax policy and the independence of central banks. She also defended her dissertation tesis on the topic of central bank independence. After graduating, she worked as an academic worker at the VŠB-Technical University Ostrava.

Subsequently, she worked as a relationship manager in an investment company.

Lenka Dimitrou Janíčková has published a number of articles, some of which are indexed in the Web of Science and Scopus databases.
