Mgr. et Mgr. Markéta Maroszová, Ph.D.

Markéta Maroszová is an external lecturer of the PRIGO University, where she participates in the teaching of the subjects Communication with the Client and Psycho-hygiene for social workers. Markéta Maroszová started her teaching career during her master’s studies at Palacký University in Olomouc, where she taught the subjects Law and Public Administration at Palacký University’s faculty high school.
After completing her Master’s degree, she started her doctoral studies in pedagogy, and in 2011 she successfully completed her doctoral studies in this field. She focused her dissertation on managing school burdens in relation to the perception of the school climate, where she combined current and current scientific knowledge in both psychology and pedagogy. After completing her doctoral studies, Markéta Maroszová worked as a teacher at secondary and elementary schools, extending her qualifications to include education in the first stage of elementary schools.
By combining activities in several areas of education, she refined meaningful work practices, came up with the main principles of time management increasing efficiency, and found usable ways of managing the burden not only in pedagogical and managerial practice.
